I want to thank you for the gorgeous tamper and for the superb AG131 and for the gift of the pipe stand. I am so delighted with the pipe, which has a tobacco capacity which I find just right. Although I bought the pipe mainly to be able to just hold it in my mouth (unlike the calabash that one must hold in the hand). I really think it would be wonderful with a longer stem; maybe like the Gandalf pipe stem. Come to think of it, a calabash with a long stem would also be a great smoke - perhaps the coolest ever! Absolutely delighted with your products and your excellent service! I'm letting Santa Claus know that I've been good enough to deserve a ME929! It has been a pleasure doing business with you and I hope your pipes attain the cult status they deserve.

As a returning customer, I always find your pipes using a higher quality meer than other brands. Pipe smokers know and love meerschaum pipes, but not everyone appreciates and differentiates the qualities of the meerschaum itself. Your pipes always smoke cooler, dryer and the smoke always has a more organic and complex flavor, and the coloring process is always easier and more even---that can only be attributed to the highest quality meerschaum being used by your carvers. Well done!

The pipe smokes splendidly, an experience I have not yet encountered before with smoking a pipe. I have another meerschaum pipe bought 10 years ago in Spain but your pipe smokes much cooler, I can now hold the head without burning my hands. The slight conical form to the bottom of the pipe makes it so that I can smoke it all the way down without having to light it a second time.

The pipe (Churchwarden Dublin, CW105) arrived last Monday. Thank You very much for the very quick and pleasant service! And the pipe itself; I have dreamed already years of this kind (Churchwarden) of pipe. I have had pipes since 1973 and nowadays I have about 10 different ones, mainly Petersons from which one is meerschaum. But this I bought from You is incredible: I have never tasted so cool, dry and pleasant smoke before.
