I received my new pipe in perfect condition less than 72 hours after leaving your facility!! I have never owned or smoked a Meerschaum pipe & I am amazed at how light it is - a real "featherweight". I am also quite pleased with the deep red case. Even in it's case it is extremely light, & even the packaging was perfect!
