RETURN POLICY

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not




• You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date of delivery



• Altinok Pipes accepts to refund (less shipping and 10% restocking fee) when only the original package has been returned with the unsmoked pipe(s) no later than 7 days from delivery. Please note that the special/custom orders are non-refundable



• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt




• You are responsible for shipping costs to Altinok Pipes




• If you would like to return your order, you kindly need to fill our Products Return Form first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products that are returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender, or may result in unnecessary processing delays
